The St. Louis Blues were 3-2 winners over the L.A. Kings last night. St. Louis trailed 1-0 going into the third period. Eric Boguniecki tied the game at one-apiece with his tenth goal of the season. But the Kings took the lead again with a goal from Jaroslav Modry with 4:15 to go in the game. It was looking desperate, when Doug Weight got past Felix Potvin with: 31 to go in regulation, tying the game at two. At the 1:02 mark of overtime, the Alexander Khavanov ended the game with a goal. Goalie Fred Brathwaite faced just 12 shots on the night, and three in the third period. The Blues put 37 shots on goal.
