The St. Louis Blues will be without winger Jamal Mayers for the rest of the season. He tore his ACL in Friday night’s loss to the Oilers. Mayers had two points and five assists before going down with the injury. As a result, the Blues have brought up Sergei Varlamov from Worcester. Varlamov had five goals and 12 assists this season, tying him for second on the team. Tonight the Blues will face the Blue Jackets in Columbus. On November 7, the Blue Jackets ended the Blues’ nine-game winning streak with a 5-2 win.
