K.C. Doctors Give Up Claim To Courtney Cash

A group of doctors that had laid claim to the assets of former Kansas City pharmacist Robert Courtney has agreed to give up its claims. That means Courtney’s assets will go to his victims – the people who used the watered-down chemotherapy drugs he gave them. It’s thought his assets total more than $8-Million. Courtney is to be sentenced December 5th.
