Two Missouri football teams have made it to the NCAA Division II playoffs. Northwest Missouri St. will be the number one seed in the Midwest Region after beating Emporia St. 34-5. The win also clinched the MIAA Conference title for the Bearcats. They’ll be at home next Saturday against Minnesota-Duluth. Central Missouri State came away with a big 23-20-overtime win at Pittsburg St. on Saturday to improve to 10-1. The Mules are the three-seed in the Midwest region. They’ll travel to Northern Colorado.
