The quarterfinals of the Missouri State High School Football Playoffs will get underway tonight at 7:00 for Classes 1-4. In Class 4, defending champ Webb City (9-2) will take on Helias (10-1), Clayton (11-0) tangles with Hannibal (9-2), Marshall (9-2) goes up against Kearney (9-2) and Cape Girardeau Central (10-1) battles Eureka (10-1). In Class 3 Platte County (11-0), who’s won the last two Class 3 titles will takes on Odessa (11-0), Seneca (11-0) will face Mountain Grove (8-3), Ste. Genevieve (9-2) goes against St. Francis Borgia (9-2) and Salem (9-2) plays Kirksville (4-7). There are four teams with 11-0 records in Class 2. They are Centralia, Lutheran North, Willow Springs, and Plattsburg. They’ll take on Blair Oaks (6-5), Portageville (9-1), Warsaw (9-2), and St. Pius X (8-2). In Class 1, Lockwood (11-0) takes on Ash Grove (10-1), Hayti (10-1) goes up against Tipton (10-1), Adrian (9-1) plays Santa Fe (6-5), and Princeton (8-3) battles East Buchanan (6-5).
