High School Football Playoffs Begin

The Missouri High School football play offs got underway last night with sectional games for Classes 1-4. There were no major upsets, but one undefeated team had its season end early. Versailles, which was 10-0, lost to Salem 31-29. . In Class 4, Webb City pounded Republic 55-14. In Class 3 Platte County topped Chillicothe 35-21. Chillicothe’s won 39 games in a row. Classes 5 and 6 will play on Saturday.
