Former Mizzou baseball player Pat Daly was introduced as the General Manager for Columbia’s new Frontier League Baseball team. Daly was the GM of fellow He hopes the former Canton Coyotes can offer mid-Missouri baseball fans a less expensive baseball alternative. In a press conference yesterday he said a family should be able to take in a game for $30 or $40. The team hopes to draw fans from a 30-mile radius of Columbia. The former Canton Coyotes haven’t been re-named yet. They’ll play at Taylor Stadium/Simmons Field on the University of Missouri Campus starting next spring.
