The Chairman of the University of Missouri Presidential Search Committee finally admits that Elson Floyd is the man the curators want as the next president of the University. Floyd will leave his job as President of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. Manuel Pacheco plans to leave at the ende of the year.
