32 football stadiums accross the Show-Me State will be rocking as the state high school playoffs begin for Classes 1-4. Games for Classes 5 and 6 will get underway on Saturday. The state of Missouri expanded to six football classifications this year. Three of the five state champions from 2001 will have a chance to defend their titles. In Class 5, Blue Springs will be at home to face top-ranked Rockhurst on Saturday. Tonight, two-time defending Class 4 champion Webb City will be at home to face Republic. In Class 3, Platte County, who has the longest winning streak in the state, hits the road to take on Chillicothe. All of this evenings match ups begin at 7:00.
