Some Playoff Spots Settled

A number of Missouri high school football teams secured their spot in the playoffs with wins on Thursday night. In Class 4, Republic, Webb City and Cape Girardeau Central took home wins, finishing 3-0 in district play. In Class 3, Platte County and Ste. Genevieve advanced to the playoffs with victories. In Class 2 East Newton won their district to advance. Blair Oaks was a winner as well, but had already clinched their district last Friday. In Class 1 Adrian, Ash Grove, Hayti, Lockwood, and St. Mary’s of Kansas City won to advance to the post season. The final games of the regular season will be tonight and tomorrow.
