A murder charge has been filed against a Clay County man accused of killing his nine-year-old son and wounding his wife outside the boy’s school in Liberty. Police say the shooting grew out of a domestic argument. Police say Jaswinder Singh went to a friend after the shooting, told the friend what he had done, and asked for help in getting home so he could pick up his passport and leave the country. The friend called police instead.
