Less than a week after a contentious election and some people are already looking to what could come up in 2004. Secretary of State Matt Blunt says he’s not looking ahead to a run at the Governor’s Office. But, Blunt does admit some Republicans are advising him to consider a run for the Governor’s office and he has not ruled it out. He says there’s no deal between him and other prominent possible Republican candidates like State Representative Catherine Hanaway and Congressman Kenny Hulshof about a candidacy. But, he says Missouri could do and has done worse for a Governor than Hulshof.
