A propane gas explosion so strong it blasted a house off its foundation in Whitewater has injured the two people in the house. Both have been treated at hospitals in Southeast Missouri and released. The explosion was touched off when Vernon Ainsworth pushed the igniter button his floor furnace, not knowing their propane tank was on.
