A man accused of killing another man who had just won thousands of dollars at a casino is on trial in St. Louis county. Mark Hammond is charged with first degree murder. The prosecutor says Hammond took about $4,400 from David Yang, who was shot to death outside his garage. Hammond’s lawyer says police forced Hammond to give an untrue confession.
