The lawyer for a St. Louis Catholic priest accused of performing oral sex on a 13 year old boy says the priest “vehemently” denies the charge. The prosecutor says the incident happened 25 year ago in the rectory of the historic Old Cathedral on the St. Louis Riverfront. The lawyer for The Reverend Thomas Graham says the person claiming to have been the victim had filed two lawsuits against Graham several years ago. Both suits were dismissed. The St. Louis archdiocese has put Graham on leave from his job as chaplain at a retirement center near Mehlville, and has temporarily taking him away from public ministry.
