Last week, the Missouri basketball team was picked 10th the Foxsports.com pre-season poll. The ESPN/USA Today coaches’ poll was released on Thursday and the Tigers check in at #18. Three of their Big XII foes are in the top five. Kansas is #2, Oklahoma is #3 and Texas is #5. Arizona was picked #1. Illinois, who Mizzou faces each year in St. Louis, is ranked 25th. Syracuse, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Iowa State and USC, who the Tigers also play, received Top 25 votes. On Saturday, MU faces the EA All-Stars on Saturday in exhibition play. On November 22nd, Mizzou opens up the regular season against American University.
