Cass County prosecutors now prepare to build their case against John Edward Robinson, Senior. Robinson has been found guilty of killing three women in Kansas, stuffing the bodies of two of them in barrels on land Robinson owned in Kansas. Robinson is also accused in the deaths of two women and a teen-age girl whose bodies were found in a storage locker Robinson had rented in Raymore in Cass County. Cass County prosecutors say they will use much of the evidence disclosed during the trial in Johnson County, Kansas against Robinson when his trial begins in Missouri which is expected to be sometime in the spring. The jury in Olathe, Kansas deliberated for more than 11 hours over two days before finding Robinson guilty of killing Suzette Trouten, Izabela Lewicka, and Lisa Stasi. The penalty phase of the case is underway. Robinson was arrested June 2, 2000 at his Olathe trailer home. The next day, authorities found the bodies in Kansas. Two days later, they discovered the bodies in Raymore.
