The Police Chief in St. Louis thinks the shooting of a man driving on Interstate 55 was not random, that it was planned as retaliation for another murder. Antonine Brown was killed while driving his car. Three other motorists were slightlly hurt by bullet fragments or pieces of window glass. Police say Brown had been stalked for almost a month since another man was shot to death while sitting in his car in Jennings. Brown had been considered a suspsect.
