Investigators Continue Search For Missing Richwoods Boy

October 17, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

The police command center in Washington County is being closed. But investigators say they are continuing to look for Shawn Hornbeck, the 11-year-old Richwoods boy missing since October 6th. Police say they’ve checked more than 200 leads but have not found the boy, or the bicycle he was riding. Police have released a picture of a man taped by a convenience store camera in DeSoto, about 15 miles from Richwoods. Officers say he’s not a suspect – he’s just the only person they know was int he area who has not been identified.
