The hot rod known as the Chiefs offense may need a new driver this week. Head Coach Dick Vermeil is worried about Trent Greens availability after injuring his ankle last Sunday against the Chargers. Yesterday Vermeil said there’s a 60% chance that Green would play, listing his status at questionable. While Green has already tossed eight interceptions, but he leads the league in touchdown passes with 15. He’s fifth in the AFC with 1,484 yards passing and has the fourth highest quarterback rating in the conference at 98.9%. Collins hasn’t started an NFL game since he led the Bills in 1997. The Chiefs will be at home to take on the Broncos on Sunday.
