The Chiefs will be without first-round draft pick Ryan Sims the rest of the season. The defensive tackle will go on the injured reserve and have surgery on his dislocated elbow later this week. Safety Greg Wesley is expected to return after dealing with an injured shoulder. Wide receiver Snoop Minnis has also returned to practice. He’s been out since May with a broken bone in his foot. This Sunday they’ll face the Broncos and next week the Chiefs tangle with the Raiders. Kansas City’s 3-3 and in last place in the AFC West.
