Seven shooting incidents involving St. Louis police officers in the last three months have led to an order that all officers wear bullet-proof vests. St. Louis Police Chief Joseph Mokwa says his order cancels a previous order that called for each officer to get a vest but have the option not to wear it. In the most recent incident, a bullet that hit an officer broke her thigh bone. The officer wounded the shooter after she fell to the ground.
