The two key leaders of the Miss Cleo fortune-telling scam have pleaded no contest to criminal fraud charges, paid a $50,000 fine, and have been barred from doing business in Missouri again. They’ve also agreed not to try to collect about $19-Million they say Missourians owe them for 900-number telephone calls to their Miss Cleo Operation.
