Green Gets AFC Honor

Chiefs Quarterback Trent Green has been recognized nationally for his amazing performance last Sunday. Green was named the AFC’s co-offensive player of the week. Green passed for 328 yards and five touchdowns. He also ran for 48 yards, earning a first down in all three scampers. Green also threw a block to open up Priest Holmes touchdown run, as the Chiefs nailed the Broncos 48-38 at Arrowhead. Green shared the honor with Chargers running back LaDainlian Tomlinson.
