The Cardinals take on the Diamondbacks this afternoon in the second game of their divisional series. Curt Schilling owned the Cardinals in the playoffs last year, beating St. Louis in two games of their divisional series match up in 2001. But his dominance wasn’t seen in the regular season this year. On April 17th and September 25th, the Cards got wins off Schilling. In both games, St. Louis scored 6 earned runs. Schilling will get the start for the D’backs this afternoon. The Birds look to improve their lead in the series to 2-0. Chuck Finley will get the start for St. Louis.
