Looking for a good college buy? Westminster College in Fulton is making what it feels will be an offer a lot of people can’t refuse. It’s cutting tuition from $15,360 this year to $12,300 for incoming freshmen next year. Westminster President Fletcher Lamkin says the school will offset the lost revenues by attracting more students who will make up the difference. Lamkin says high costs are among the reasons students pass up on some colleges and universities and end up enrolling elsewhere.
