Number Of West Nile Cases Continues To Climb

The number of West Nile Virus cases in Missouri has reached 125. The State Health Department reports the latest six victims are 13 to 92 years old; half are men, and they are scattered throughout the state. Missouri has more than 5.6-Million people. The Department says people need to remember to wear insect repellant when they’re outdoors during the daytime or early evenings, or cover their skin with clothing and spray the clothing and get rid of breeding sites for mosquitoes.
