Rams running back Marshall Faulk has been cleared to play on Sunday after MRI results on his strained neck came back negative. He’s still a little sore, but apparently he’s ready to play. Faulk hurt his neck in Monday night’s loss to the Buccaneers. He left the game in the second quarter. Unfortunately for the Rams, tackle Orlando Pace will miss the next three weeks with a torn calf muscle. He hurt himself during Wednesday’s practice. That will move first-year starter John St. Clair over to left tackle. St. Clair isn’t 100% either, with a hop flexor. The Rams go in search of their first win of the season against the 1-2 Cowboys at the dome on Sunday.
