The wife of a former Kansas City pharmacist who admitted to diluting cancer-fighting drugs has agreed to give $2.35-Million to a federal court fund to compensate the victims of her husband’s actions. Laura Courtney’s money will be added to the assets previously seized by the government and estimated at more than $8-Million. Former pharmacist Robert Courtney has pleaded guilty to watering down the drugs. He’s scheduled to be sentenced December 5th, and could be sent to prison for between 17-and-a-half and 30-years.
