Hicks, Downing Questionable for Chiefs

September 12, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

The Chiefs will be playing their first home game of the season on Sunday against Jacksonville. Defensive end Eric Hicks didn’t practice yesterday because of an injury to his lower right leg on Sunday. He was forced to leave Sunday’s game when Browns fullback R.J. Bowers illegally clipped him. He’s listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Jaguars. The Chiefs may have defensive tackle Eric Downing back this Sunday. Downing hasn’t practiced since August 20th, suffering from a hernia.
