Special ceremonies have been held throughout Missouri and across the country to mark this first anniversary of the terrorist attacks against America. Governor Bob Holden and other government officials took part in a ceremony at the State Capitol, with the Governor reminding Missourians of the importance of keeping in mind those who are most precious to us and remembering the emergency personnel who wasted no time jumping into action when the terrorists struck. Holden says we have learned a great deal about ourselves and about this country as a result of the events of last September 11th.
