Disabled Protest Medicaid Spenddown Provisions

Disabled Missourians gathered in force at the State Capitol to protest upcoming cuts in their medical assistance. The Holden Administration blames the federal government for changes in Medicaid spenddown provisions that pay for medicine for those making up to $545 a month. The cuts as scheduled to go into effect October first.
