DNA Tests Planned For Man Behind Bars For Rape

September 6, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

DNA tests will be run on a man in prison for 15 years for rape. The tests will be run on George Biddy. The woman involved says she had sexual relations with her boyfriend shortly before she was raped by Biddy. The St. Louis prosecutor had opposed the DNA tests on Biddy but has dropped her opposition because the boyfriend has recently been located, and a DNA sample from him shows he was not involved in the rape.
