The dimension of last month’s voters’ rejection of Proposition B – the transportation tax package – becomes even more apparent with the filing of reports showing how much proponents and opponents spent. Backers of Proposition B spent more than $3.7-Million. Opponents spent about $12,000 – one-300th the amount spent by supporters. Proposition B got only about 25 percent of the vote.
