Plenty of talk is being heard throughout the country on the possibility of a U.S. attack on Saddam Hussein. And, Senator Christopher Bond is making it clear where he stands. Bond says for all intents and purposes, the U.S. isalready in a state of war with Iraq and has been since Saddam Hussein threw out the United Nations weapons inspectors. Bond insists President Bush has the authority to take whatever action he deems necessary to protect this country from an Iraqi chemical or biological attack. He would, however, like to see the President make his case to Capitol Hill lawmakers.
