The loser of a legislative primary election in St. Louis wants a new election and has filed a lawsuit claiming the city election board ran the election wrong on August 6th. Paris Bouchard lost by 40 votes in a four-person race in which more than 4,400 votes were cast. He says, in his lawsuit, that some polling places opened late and others were moved without proper notice.
