Two people have been shot and killed in Belton, and a third has been wounded in what police say was a family fight about money. In custody and charged with two counts of murder is Kenneth William Hunter, who is 71. Hunter is charged with killing his wife, 63-year-old Romana Hunter, and his son-in-law, 33-year-old Eduardo Ruvalcaba. Hunter also is charged with shooting and wounding his daughter, Felicia Ruvalcaba. Cass County Prosecutor Chris Koster says the Ruvalcabas had been living with the Hunters and Sunday morning the family fought about whether the Ruvalcabas were paying their fair share of the household expenses. Court documents state Hunter shot his wife twice when she sided with the couple and shot his daughter accidentally before shooting Eduardo Ruvalcaba.
