Former SMS All-American Jackie Stiles had successful wrist surgery yesterday. Stiles was hobbled by injuries in her second WNBA season. The wrist and a case bursitis in her heel forced her to miss 11 games with the Portland Fire this year. She’s expected to recover in 2-3 weeks. Her minutes dropped from 32 to 18 per game, she scored six points per game after averaging 15 her rookie season.
