Southwest Missouri State President Calls For Changes To Higher Education

August 16, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

Southwest Missouri State University President Charles Keiser says bureaucrats should not be on the commission. He wants it to deal with funding issues – how much the state should provide and how much the student should provide – among other issues.
