Rusty Wallace provided the best Missouri finish at the NASCAR event at Watkins Glen on Sunday. The St. Louisan checked in at 16th yesterday. It moved him down a spot in the points standings from fifth to sixth. Ken Schrader finished 28th, Mike Wallace was 36th. Tony Stewart was the winner
