Former St. Louis Blues player Tony Twist cannot stop a comic book creator from using his name for a violent character in the comic book. The State Appeals Court has upheld rejection of Twist’s $24-Million lawsuit against comic book creator Todd McFarlane. The court says noreasonable person could believe the fictional character is the same as Twist’s character.
