The American Association of Retired Persons is critical of three major drug manufacturers that are not taking part in the state’s SeniorRX program, apparently because the program requires the drug-makers to pay arebate on orders of their products. The three companies make generic drugs – Geneva Pharmaceuticals, MylandLaboratories, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. One-hundred other manufacturers do take part in the program.
