A southwest Missouri police chief has died while racing at the Lebanon Speedway this weekend. A spokesman for the city of Fair Grove sasy 34-year-old Richard Postlikely died of a heart attack while competing in a race Saturday night. Post had served as Fair Grove police chief for four years.
