The Royals won another game in dramatic fashion with a 13-12 extra-inning triumph over the Indians. Kansas City trailed 12-10 in the top of the ninth, when Raul Ibanez hit a 2-run homer, his 14th of the year, to tie it. Then in the 10th, with the bases loaded, Ibanez was hit with a pitch to drive in Brent Mayne for the game winner. Scott Mullen got win in relief, improving to 3-2 on the season. Carlos Beltran also hit his 15th homer of the year. The Royals wrapped up a 13-game homestand with a 10-3 mark. They now head to Detroit to face the Tigers tomorrow.
