Blues Forward Keith Tkachuk and goalie Fred Braithwaite both accepted one-year qualifying offers to stay in St. Louis yesterday. Tkachuk will make $8.3 million, agreeing to the deal with the understanding that a new long-term deal will be negotiated. He led the team with 38 goals last season. Braithwaite accepted an offer of $1.15 million. Jamal Mayers has decided to go to arbitration. Cory Stillman’s decision is not yet known.
