The Public Service Commission has begun hearings on whether the state’s biggest power company has overcharged its customers millions of dollars. AmerenUE says an experimental rate plan has led to rate reductions andcredits of more than $425-Million. The Commission staff says the company has overcharged customers as much as $285-Million under that plan in the last year.
