A multi-billion dollar international communications company is suing a St. Charles County man for copyright infringement. Vivendi Universal charges Internet services provider Tim Jung violated Vivendi copyrights on several fantasy-strategy games by developing a system that lets several people play the games simultaneously on the Internet. Jung says the software was withdrawn after the letter from Vivendi was received in February. He says he made no money on the software, which he claims benefittedVivendi by making its games more playable.
