A boating accident on the St. Louis riverfront has damaged a couple of boats owned by the Coast Guard and the State Water Patrol and left a couple of Coast Guard crew members wet, with some bruises. The State Water Patrol says the boats collided while chasing a pleasure boater who’d gone into a restricted zone near the Gateway Arch. The patrol says the boater left the area as soon as he realized restricts were still inplace. No arrests have been made.
