The St. Louis Cardinals are refusing to give out information about Darryl Kile’s treatments, tests, or medical history. And the team has barred members of its medical staff from making any comments. Kile died of apparent heart failure last weekend at the age of 33. A team spokesman says public discussion of those issues would be in poor taste at this time. The team will hold a memorial service for Kile at 12:30 this afternoon at Busch Stadium.
