More information about the death of St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Darryl Kile is coming out. The medical examiner in Chicago says Kile’s heart was enlarged – about 25 percent bigger than the average heart. An enlarged heart can lead to irregular heart rhythms. The medicalexaminer says he probably died of a hardening of his arteries. A memorial service will be held at Busch stadium tomorrow afternoon.
